during a meeting of the world's heads of state
- I have organised demonstrations for Japan's 'Friends of
French Bread' and DONQ
- I have taken part in the FRANCIA 2000 fair in Sao Paulo
in Brazil
- I have given talks all around the world on traditional bread-making
(including in the USA, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, Argentina
and Chile).
